Feroz has an extensive experience in the area of civil and criminal practice in various Indian courts as well as in Supreme Court of India. His practice encompasses complex litigation with regards to anti-counterfeit suits and enforcement of IPR. In addition, Feroz also supervises litigation team of the firm handling different litigations in Indian courts on behalf of firm’s clients.
Feroz has more than twenty four years of experience in India. He has been a Central Government pleader in the High Court of Delhi and has appeared and pleaded the cases for and on behalf of Union of India in The High Court of Delhi. |
