Changhez Khan is an experienced and valued Partner of the firm and a second-generation lawyer who comes from a family deeply rooted in the legal profession. With advocacy ingrained in him from an early age, he has built a strong and consistent practice over the years. An alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law and has demonstrated unwavering dedication to litigation ever since enrolling with the Delhi Bar in 2007. His early days as a lawyer were spent with his father in Meerut District Court. Mr. Khan draws his inspiration from his father who worked tirelessly for the trade unions and the labour class. His father spent his life doing pro-bono cases for the society.  

Mr. Khan has earned a well-recognised and ever-growing reputation in the field of litigation, backed by decades of experience and expertise. His practice spans a wide range of matters, including family disputes, criminal cases, and civil litigation. Mr. Khan’s legal knowledge is extensive, covering Criminal Law, Family and Divorce Law, Sharia Law, and White-Collar Crimes. He also brings strong drafting expertise, particularly in writ petitions, consumer complaints, property disputes, and various civil and criminal proceedings.

In addition to his advisory and drafting work, Mr. Khan regularly represents the firm before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and District Courts across the country. He plays a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring their concerns are addressed with care, clarity, and practical legal guidance. His approach combines sound legal strategy with a deep understanding of client needs.
