Ridhima is the first generation, ardent and dedicated lawyer, who is passionate about her career. That as a part of academic qualification, she has done her master's (LLM) from Kurukshetra University and graduated (LLB) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Since the very beginning, being associated with Diwan Advocates, She is dealing in diverse laws and holds extensive experience of more than four years in Civil, corporate, Real estate, commercial litigation, Consumer Laws, Intellectual Property laws, Property law and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.

She has the knack to delve in detail and suggest the best possible legal solutions. Her mantra throughout has been to serve the client’s interest, and to provide a legal solutions in a timely manner. She maintains the highest quality in her work, which is performed keeping in mind the latest amendments/change of laws into focus.

Apart from regularly appearing in High Court of Delhi and Districts court of Delhi, she has been appearing and representing clients before the several High Courts in India, several District & Sessions Courts in India, tribunals and Authorities. She has advised clients from all areas including but not limited to civil, real estates, Intellectual property, matrimonial and family disputes, to name a few.

Ridhima is associated with the Intellectual Property Rights Practice of the firm. She has extensive experience in advising clients on Intellectual Property protection, prosecution and portfolio management. She has counselled a wide range of clients across industry sectors on diverse Intellectual Property Laws and has significant expertise in trademark oppositions, rectification appeals and other contested matters, IP advisory, IP due diligence.
