Right to Education

It is a fundamental right of every child between the ages of 6 to 14 to have proper education. Parliament of India has enacted right of children to free and compulsory Education Act, or Right To education on 4th August, 2009 describing the modalities of free and compulsory education. For disable persons until 18 years of age a separate legislation “Persons with Disabilities Act” is made describing provisions for betterment of school infrastructure.
