Smriti Shahani is a Senior Associate with Diwan Advocates, New Delhi. She is a part of the corporate practice group of the firm and focuses on foreign direct investments, FEMA, Contracting (commercial and corporate contracts), corporate advisory services, and due diligence, RERA.
Apart from this, Smriti has also advised clients on day to day legal affairs of the company including but not limited to advising clients in connection with various employment law, labour law, corporate law related queries and drafting and finalizing of various agreements like Agreement to sale / Employment Agreement / Settlement Agreement / Coal Supply Agreement / Shareholder’s Agreement / Food Supply & Takeaway/ Fine Dine Restaurant Management Agreement/ Memorandum of Agreement, etc.
She has experience in setting up of business operations in India across various industry sectors. Smriti has previously worked with Seth Dua & Associates, New Delhi Law Offices. She has completed her B.A. LL.B. from Amity Law School, Noida in 2015.
