Sejal Pruthi is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Rights Department at Diwan Advocates, having joined the firm in August 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (Honours) from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and an LL.B. from O.P. Jindal Global University.

Her practice primarily focuses on trademark prosecution, brand protection, and intellectual property advisory. Rashi Khandelwal holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Technology Law from Jindal Global Law School, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law from the Indian Law Institute. Her academic focus spans contemporary and complex legal domains, including Standard Essential Patents, Music & Copyright Law, Celebrity Rights, AI Governance, and Data Protection, which underscores her engagement with global legal discourse and public policy.

Utsav is an active participant in the global dispute resolution community. He is a member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), serves as an Ambassador and Mentor at IAMPE, Tbilisi (Georgia), is the Country Representative for Med Arb International (India Chapter), and represented Team India at IDMC 2025 on the global stage in Peace and Diplomacy at Cyprus.

Mr. Ankit Choudhury is an Associate Partner at Diwan Advocates and joined the firm on 1 December 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, graduating in 2015 with First Division.
